I came across the Rice Association website through the internet which indicated Nepalese rice varieties of:
Jetho Budo, Mansooli, Basmati, Pahele, Jhinuwa, Sarju, Sabitri and Waar.We are currently looking for a specific type of Nepalese rice which I do not know the name of, except in Chinese.
We were told that it was grown in the highlands of Nepal on the ashes of erupted volcanoes.
I have attached a photo of the rice, could it be one of the rice indicated on your website?
Also, on a side note we are looking for a specific type of black long grain rice cultivated in the US with significant gradient compare to common ones.
(I have attached a photo of the rice as well for your reference.)
